GoJoe created a great level of engagement across the office. I wanted a steps challenge and was sceptical on the activity challenge, but the office folks loved it. Competition in the office was literally too much. We had to introduce a ban on colleague logging hours between midnight and 6am as HR were worried people weren't resting enough :) And we had a few niggles about colleagues accusing other folks of cheating.
