GoDaddy has become very skilled at being entirely unhelpful. Their products are trash. Their support is trash. The one thing they do well is gatekeeping their support. They make it extremely difficult to get help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Where to begin.. Their customer service is the most atrocious, intentionally unhelpful, and infuriating experience I have ever had with tech support groups. GoDaddy support agents are trained to make it almost impossible to actually get through to the point where they will actually help you, and even then, they typically refer to outdated and incomplete guides or state that the customer has to deal with the issue on their own. After several security checks and providing them my pin number that is supplied in my account dashboard, they still say the pin is wrong. OK, they will send a new pin to my email on file, but the email never arrives. So, they say they can't help and hang up on me when I asked for tier 2 support.
