I was able to get our affiliate program up and running in less than an hour. The pricing is also very reasonable. **What do you dislike about GOAFFPRO?** Although it is easy to get started using GoAffPro, if you are looking for software that is highly customizable, this may not be the best. It does offer some customization, but has it's limits. **What problems is GOAFFPRO solving and how is that benefiting you?** GOAFFPRO makes it really easy to offer a self-mamanged platform for influencers and affiliates to use to promote our brand. Through their account, they can track sales, commissions, easily share the affiliate link, and get access to assets to use. ### 2. Some had pretty interfaces, with easy navigation, a pretty UI, but none of them had all the bells and whistles that GoAffPro has. In other words, when you compare feature-to-feature, Goaffpro is in a class by itself. From setting up the login and sign up pages, to the easy and intuitive interface, to all the settings you can set up as far as metrics and data is concerned, Goaffpro stands out above all the rest with glaring fanfare. The Goaffpro is the top affiliate app on th App Store. Period. As far as customer service is concern, the responses are always fast and swift. They're always online, and they always solve any issue I had within an hour. Thus, the customer service is phenomenal. **What do you dislike about GOAFFPRO?** I'm a hard critic of apps, but I couldn't find nothing that I disliked about the app. **What problems is GOAFFPRO solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem Goaffpro is solving is my system for affiliates. I then switched to WooCommerce, and GoAffPRO made the process quite easy. In order to protect my affiliates, they made sure that all of my referral data was kept safe. Throughout the procedure, their support staff was extremely professional, quick, and patient. Great customer service and excellent service - strongly recommended! **What do you dislike about GOAFFPRO?** Had trouble connecting GoAffPRO to my new WooCommerce shop, but in the end, it was on me (I forgot to update the URL from my dev site to production) Support was helpful, and everything worked perfectly once I fixed it. Being able to manage it all on one dashboard. It's really what I need for my growing business. The landing page setup and signup portal does give enough customization for what I need. I've reached out to customer support and they have been super responsive and fast actually. And have helped me with each question. It was easy to setup, everything was very straightfoward, nothing was difficutl to integrate. Even had it linked with Paypal for payouts. I am using it daily for my business. **What do you dislike about GOAFFPRO?** As of now, I haven't really found anything i don't like. If I am forced to pick a negative, I would say that when having automatic coupons enabled, it'll create a code for an account even if it's not yet approved, but it's not a big deal becuase the person can never see that code since they can't access the dashboard. I was previously using Shopify Collabs, and i would reccomend people to choose GOAFFPRO instead as the support is much better, the layour for your site is better looking and overall there is much more customization available with so much FAQ content . **What do you dislike about GOAFFPRO?** Nothing so far. And it has a reasonably priced plan for other features. My affiliates can get their commission through a link , or coupon code, or both. I can create personalized coupon codes for my affiliates, so they chose a code appropriate for their marketing needs as well. I like where it stores my company's affiliate promo images that they can easily access from their own account and share, after I upload the images in my administrator account. They have numerous email automations. I can put my company name in the URL. Nicely designed app! Super pleased. And really top shelf customer service. Better than most companies today. Support is very responsive and is available to help. **What do you dislike about GOAFFPRO?** One thing I would love to have that we used for a previous platform was to have a 'wallet' to be able to grab funds from and pay people.
