The templates are user-friendly, making it fun to create a program. I also appreciate the focus on repetition and the simplicity of the teaching approach. The integration of various elements, such as text, video, polls, images, and reflective exercises, is excellent! Additionally, the group feature is essential, especially for organizations or institutions that emphasize group learning over individual learning. **What do you dislike about Gnowbe?** I find the dashboard difficult to navigate, especially when I’m part of different groups. It’s hard to understand where everything is, so each time I have to search around and click through to find what I need, which is stressful. Overall, as a curator, I don’t find the platform intuitive to use. **What problems is Gnowbe solving and how is that benefiting you?** Training is especially effective in a group setting, accommodating busy individuals who can engage with the material both independently and collaboratively. The microlearning approach is particularly beneficial for those with tight schedules. Many of our clients also struggle with it due to its usability issues. Additionally, the white-label pages are unreliable and frequently fail, sometimes even during critical sales presentations. **What problems is Gnowbe solving and how is that benefiting you?** Gnowbe enables us to create tailored micro-lessons for vulnerable populations who might not have access to other learning opportunities. ### 7. 'A big boost to productivity for creators and learners. My users find it engaging -- 10-15 times more than simple video-learning. The micro-learning format is terrific for learning on the go (downloadable), social learning, and applying learnings right away to the real world. I appreciate being able to track whether my learners have accessed the material, how much they've read/viewed, how many exercises they've done, etc. 'Also great for events, in which users can download pdf's of material, photos, and their notes. I particularly like having group presenters use it to save a shocking amount of time transitioning between presentations (great when listening to 20 - 30 of them!). **What do you dislike about Gnowbe?** Sorry - can't think of any dislikes. If I have trouble, support gets right back to me and shows me how to do what I want. **What problems is Gnowbe solving and how is that benefiting you?** Better learning and better use of my time! I put video minilectures in my Gnowbe programs so I don't have to repeat myself to group after group. I also can keep my learners engaged with quizzes, polls, and quotes. Automatic cert issuance is great (with autograded passing score) so I don't use time marking and issuing certifications. Now my workshop participants learn info and practice skills on their own, and we use workshop time applying learnings to a real or practice situation. They get highly-effective in-the-moment insights and consultative guidance from me, not rehashed instructions. ### 9. We use Gnowbe for digital and blended learning, developing onboarding, leadership training, education, competency training, and measurement. There are so many options for interactive learning, solo reflection, and community engagement, which I truly appreciate. The data and insights you can get from the dashboard are truly value-adding. **What do you dislike about Gnowbe?** If you have several workspaces and +30 programs I find the admin site of it a bit tricky. **What problems is Gnowbe solving and how is that benefiting you?** They enable me to create learning that is actually engaging and relevant for the users.
