What do you like best about GMPPro?

Maximizes quality and ensures GMPI compliance. Facilitates easy retrieval of vital data for auditing and review purposes. It also allows the integration of new technologies with pre-existing systems in the companies, optimizes quality controls, which, in turn, avoids errors and improves production processes. What do you dislike about GMPPro?

As every process of implementation we have been a little cautious and any question we advise ourselves with the technical support team however have been delayed in giving us the answer and has become a difficult process with many associated risks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GMPPro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Although it is still in the implementation phase, we acquired the software in order to improve our production system, so we have taken notes and we have made an exhaustive monitoring in order to learn as much as possible of this technical implementation process. Although the contract establishes training and technology transfer and we have not yet reached that point we have facilitated non-formal training programs that have allowed us to define and optimize our business processes to align with the standards. This allowed us to advance at steps forward on the management system of this software and mitigate our risk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
