Glow offers a robust platform for creating and managing surveys with ease. Its intuitive interface and flexible features make it a preferred choice for teams looking to gather insights efficiently. What do you like best about Glow?

I really like Glow for its flexible branching logic in survey forms, allowing us to tailor questions based on respondent answers. It was particularly useful during our cloud migration project, helping us to show relevant follow-up questions to different client groups. Also, the built-in visualization features stand out because they let us spot pain points quickly without digging through raw spreadsheets. I also appreciate that setting up a basic Glow account was quick, allowing us to create our team profile and import user accounts in under an hour. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glow?

Glow falls short on granular data access controls and custom data-retention policies, creating extra risk for our client feedback data. I couldn't restrict certain team members from viewing sensitive client comments during our surveys. It also lacks native audit trails for survey response edits. Since we don't have dedicated security staff, we have to manually delete old submissions and keep separate offline logs, which adds repetitive manual work and slows down our project-feedback review cycles. We also have to manually handle every exported client dataset, rather than relying fully on the platform’s built-in data security capabilities. Additionally, while the basic setup was straightforward, preparing it for client-facing use took more hands-on fine-tuning than expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Glow:

To enhance Glow's security features, consider implementing more granular data access controls and customizable data-retention policies. Adding native audit trails for survey response edits would also be beneficial. Automating the deletion of old submissions and providing built-in data security capabilities for exported datasets could significantly reduce manual work and improve efficiency. What problems is Glow solving and how is that benefiting you?
