I absolutely love how GlossGenius manages client bookings and reminders with automated texts 24 hours before and on the day of the appointment. It eliminates the need for manual reminders, saving me time every evening. I also appreciate how clients can book online with a credit card and how it keeps the card on file for deposits or cancellation fees. The device-free tap and pay reader on my cell phone is especially convenient. Compared to other apps I've tried, GlossGenius is way easier to use with everything being self-explanatory and user-friendly, even after updates.
