What do you like best about GlossGenius?

What I like best about GlossGenius is that it has been able to grow with my business. I originally started using it as an independent beauty professional, and as my business grew into a salon, I was able to continue using the same system for myself and my team. I also find it so helpful to have so many of the day to day business tasks in one place. Booking, payments, reports, client management and payroll are all much easier to keep up with without feeling like I need a bunch of different system. I especially love being able to look at my reports and better understand my numbers and revenue. Overall, GlossGenius has made all the business aspects more manageable for me. What do you dislike about GlossGenius?

Honestly, I don't have many major dislikes about GlossGenius. There are definitely small things I'd like to see added like when it comes to having more customization and flexibility, but nothing has been that significant enough to make me want to switch systems. What problems is GlossGenius solving and how is that benefiting you?

GlossGenius has helped me solve a lot of the day to day admin work that comes with running a beauty business. When I was working independently, I mainly needed a simple way to manage my appointments, clients and payments. As my business has grown into a salon, I've needed much more than that. Having booking, payments, client management, reporting team management, and payroll all connected in one system has made it much easier for me to stay organized without having to constantly switch between different platforms. So essentially, it has also taken a lot of the tedious behind the scenes work off my plate.
