What do you like best about GlossGenius?

I love that GlossGenius takes so much of the behind-the-scenes work off my plate. My clients can book themselves, get automatic reminders, fill out forms, and keep a card on file without me having to constantly go back and forth through messages. As a busy beauty business owner, it saves me SO much time and makes everything feel professional and organized. What do you dislike about GlossGenius?

What problems is GlossGenius solving and how is that benefiting you?

GlossGenius solves a lot of the little things that used to take up way too much of my time—scheduling, reminders, payments, cancellations, forms, and keeping client information organized. The biggest benefit for me is being able to set boundaries around my schedule and protect my income with cards on file and cancellation/no-show policies.
