The line has proven to be very stable; I have monitored it in real time for years. While it may not be a perfect 100%, it comes impressively close. Over many years, I have only noticed a few seconds of downtime here and there. Despite a prolonged power outage in their area that lasted two to three days, their line remained stable, and my servers continued to operate without interruption.
