I really like how GlobiFlow for Podio can be completely streamlined to suit our exact requirements. Despite the large learning curve, its ability to manage multiple aspects of our business like fire extinguisher servicing, online training, course bookings, and day-to-day maintenance in one system is a major benefit. It's very dated and there's no AI, which is disappointing since many companies have embraced AI. Building flows can be quite complicated, and AI could really help with this. The initial setup was quite difficult, and we had to bring in a specialist. It was a big learning curve, but over the years, we've learned how to build it out ourselves.
