Describe the project or task Globant helped with:

We need to hire some engineers to continue working on our project and manage the current system we have. Globant engineers help not only implementing the new features but to also monitor and improve the current system that we have. We are now focusing on CI CD pipeline so this is really important to us. What do you like best about Globant?

they are really flexible with the time zones. Our company is located in PST timezone, so we do need to find someone who lives in different timework to work off-hour. Especially, it's very important to have another devops person in another timezone so we can have our system manged 24/7 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Globant?

The process takes so long to finish. When we start looking for a candidate, we will need to go through a few paperwork and process. After that we may need to submit a budget on how much we can spend on the resource. At the end, we need to wait until the higher managers accept to aollocate the budget before we can actually work with the person. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Globant solving and how is that benefiting you?

We do have an engineer team here in PST time zone. However, sometimes it takes us longer to finish the task because the engineer team needs to stop and then come back the next day. With the help of globant, we are very flexible with the hour and work. When the team here finishes with their work, it will be hand off to the offshore team so they can continue.
