What do you like best about Global Talent Marketplace?

Actually relevant questions that would matter on the job. I love that it has me make a video recording so that I can just answer the questions by talking instead of typing everything out. It's a lower mental overhead and I think listening to me talk gives a much clearer idea of how I operate and think. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Global Talent Marketplace?

What problems is Global Talent Marketplace solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm interviewing for a lot of roles right now, and a lot of them require me to answer pre-screen questionnaires where I have to write out answers to specific questions. This tool is awesome because it makes that process much faster and more fun for me, I can talk and explain concepts / my previous experiences easily. When I have to type it out it takes me longer and is more of a drain on my mental energy, basically it's a drag. So I like things like this where I'm instead getting energy out of it. It's fun to replay my videos and see how I talk and sound, I get energy from that. I also like that it's getting me to watch myself. Making a video of myself explaining something is always something job coaches recommend I do, but somehow I never get around to it. So this was a fun tool for me because it was part of the process!
