What do you like best about Global Talent Marketplace?

What I liked most was how quick and stress-free the entire process was. I was able to complete it under 10 minutes, and the experience was very straightforward. What do you dislike about Global Talent Marketplace?

If I had to pick something, I'd say the UI/UX could use a bit more polish. For example, a couple of dropdown selections didn't quite match the context of the questions. What problems is Global Talent Marketplace solving and how is that benefiting you?

Smart Screening is solving the problem of inefficient, time-consuming, and often stressful early-stage interviews. By streamlining the process into a quick, intuitive experience, it saves both candidates and recruiters time. For me personally, it meant completing a high-quality screening in under 10 minutes, without the usual stress of friction.
