What do you dislike about Gloat?

We have struggled with the data made availablefor us to gain insights on our employee adoption and usage of the talent marketplace. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Gloat solving and how is that benefiting you?

Gloat is the single place our employees can go to find all types of development opportunities including postions, projects and mentors. We have amazing registration rates and solid MAU numbers so we know that they are interested in what the platform offers.

The skills management area of the platform is still quite new and therefore, my sense is that the market intelligence is not as strong as it could be. For a company to successfully use it, they need a strong career architecture and this could be made clearer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
