**What do you like best about Gloat?**

The great thing about Gloat is the tool itself. Really user friendly, functional and it is great that Gloat´s team in continously updating and making it better on a monthly basis, they are really listening to the customers feedback.
But I would say the best thing is Gloats team - everyone is really proffesional and helpful - it is a pleasure to collaborate with them.
We are still in the early stages of the implementation but we have been enjoying working with our PM - Crispin, change management team, customer success, technical team etc.

**What do you dislike about Gloat?**

Cannot think ofmuch as of now. I am sure if the team was bigger the functionalities would be maybe updating faster.

**What problems is Gloat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Upskilling & reskilling of wokrforce, internal mobility, better internal talent pool, solving business challenges internally & better skills analytics and data.

**What do you like best about Gloat?**

Gloat's talent marketplace tool was one of the first on the market. It was designed with the employee in mind.

**What do you dislike about Gloat?**

We have struggled with the data made availablefor us to gain insights on our employee adoption and usage of the talent marketplace.

**What problems is Gloat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gloat is the single place our employees can go to find all types of development opportunities including postions, projects and mentors. We have amazing registration rates and solid MAU numbers so we know that they are interested in what the platform offers.

The skills management area of the platform is still quite new and therefore, my sense is that the market intelligence is not as strong as it could be. For a company to successfully use it, they need a strong career architecture and this could be made clearer.

**What do you like best about Gloat?**

Users find the onboarding process super easy.
Allowing our people to make their skills and aspirations visible, and allowing us to activate a wide range of development and career opportunities available to our people across the Group. 
Then, matching happens so quickly!

I have to also mention that our Customer Success Manager is pro-active, quick to provide feedback and superbly enthusiastic about the platform and gudes us on how to unlock different aspects.

**What do you dislike about Gloat?**

Unannounced and therefore unexpected system changes that changes the user journey, and requires our core team to make urgent changes to our approach, communications and training material - sometimes after changes have already been implemented in production (e.g. Closed mentoring "skills hack").

**What problems is Gloat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It creates visibility of a range of career and development opportunities - using AI for suggesting opportunities and candidates.
It creates a platform for our people to share their skills & experiences, as well as their aspirations, in one place.
It also allows our people to self navigate their developmment and career journeys, based on their own personalised goals.
It allows us to grow quality mentoring capability across the group.
It helps us to unlock capacity through project opportunties.
It allows our Talent Acquisition team the ability to discover candidates against Job Adverts - and gives them the ability to nudge skills-matched candidates about the opportunities, for which they might not have applied.
Ultimately this forms part of our retention strategy across the group.

**What do you like best about Gloat?**

It's AI, simply. The way Gloat has made it easier to bridge the demand-supply gap in an organization and with a strong portfolio of upcoming modules and features, it can easily become a "product of need" from a "product of want".

As true for any growing company, there is a need to standardize certain processes and improve certain TATs

**What problems is Gloat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been using Gloat to provide more opportunities internally to the Seagate talent and utilizing untapped efficiencies outside their teams through projects. That way, it is helping us retain talent and improve overall efficiency.

Gloat’s remarkable capabilities has assisted us to revolutionizehow we approach and manage opportunities. It is an innovative platform and seamlessly integrates into our workflow, offering real-time insights and fostering collaboration within our organisation. The constant communication between us and Gloat, particularly our CSM and Senior Project Manager remains exceptional, very responsive, provides clarity, and a deep understanding of our needs.

Some users prefer not to create a profile and therefore cannot view, apply for opportuities. The dependency on a profile.

**What problems is Gloat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Career pathing and skills management - helps to innovate by equipping our workforce with showcasing their skills, thinking about their skills, enhancing their skills, makes it easier to map out their career trajectories.

It would be far more effective as a platform if the partnerships or third party vendors it worked with were better integrated.

**What do you like best about Gloat?**

The platform meets our organizational objectives from a functionality and technical point of view.
The project implementation team was very attentive and go an extra mile to make things easier for us.
They are always improving the platform and keeping customers in the loop.

**What do you dislike about Gloat?**

Language support could be improved.
Ability to control RBAC on reports and dashboards to allow non-administrative users access would be helpful
Require quite some out of platform change management to ensure continuous usage.

Allowing associates from around the world to access available opportunities within the group of companies worlwide.
Allow associates to connect with each other and develop within the organization.
