We are a small consultancy based in Singapore. Hence, to manage costs effectively, we sought to hire in lower-cost countries in Southeast Asia. When doing our research, we were also made aware of the local regulatory requirements, which were too complex for me to fully comprehend and execute upon. After we got to know of Glints TalentHub, they helped to address my top-of-mind concerns — how to hire good quality talent at affordable costs and how to compliantly manage my offshore employees hassle-free.
