What problems is Glia solving and how is that benefiting you?

Glia is helping us unify customer interactions and manage multiple channels. Our customers used to struggle with finding answers quickly and deal with long wait times. With Glia, they can get most of their information from the virtual assistant, and quickly chat/talk/screenshare with bank associates when they need to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
