Glean’s context awareness sets it apart from the other enterprise AI tools we use internally. It’s also the most token-efficient option we have for helping our internal customers get their work done. There isn’t much I dislike about the technology. If I had to point to one area for improvement, it would be the maturity of some of the sharing options for Glean native artifacts.
