What do you like best about Glean?

I like that Glean has a clean, intuitive interface and makes it easy to find information without jumping between different tools. The integrations are a big plus because it brings information from multiple systems into one place. It’s also quick and reliable in day-to-day use, and the time saved searching for information makes the ROI pretty clear. The onboarding was straightforward, which helped me start getting value from it quickly, and the AI-powered answers make it much easier to get to the information I actually need. What do you dislike about Glean?

The main thing I’d improve is the consistency of search results, especially when looking for very specific or less common information. Some integrations can also take a little time to get fully set up and configured. From a pricing/ROI perspective, it can be harder to justify for smaller teams, so the value is much more noticeable at a larger scale. What problems is Glean solving and how is that benefiting you?

Glean mainly solves the problem of information being scattered across different tools and systems. Instead of spending time searching through documents, emails, and multiple applications, I can find what I need much faster in one place. The integrations make it especially useful in day-to-day work, and the overall performance is good.
