What do you like best about Glassdoor?

Before contacting an organisation, I always read about it on glassdoor about the culture, decision makers of the company. It helps me to design the strategy accordingly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glassdoor?

There is not much to point out, but there is 1 thing that bothers me sometime on glassdoor is, the UX. Sometimes it gets confusing to navigate the website even being a user for long time, I have to search , where to go. So I think, design team can give a look and try to make it better and easier. What problems is Glassdoor solving and how is that benefiting you?

If I have to find about a company with whom I can have a probable partnership or even if I have to look for a particular employee background, glassdoor really helps me to reach the right person in the least time.
