What do you like best about Glassdoor?

-I got into one of the IT company, I didn't know about the company so much in that time I went to glassdoor website and searched based on so many reviews I got to know that it is not fit for me so I rejected the offer, and after some time I get into another better company.

-We can compare one company with another. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glassdoor?

-Sometimes i feel like the reviews are false comments on good companies.

-They did not validate reviews we can directly give what we want,if they validate it increases the value of the reviews. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Glassdoor solving and how is that benefiting you?

-It helps the new people who join companies, they get to know about more companies values.
