The biggest thing that I dislike about glassdoor is that we have to have an account to view the data, like very limited data is available to non-logged-in users, I wish this data was completely free and voluntarily given. Also when you sign up to see those data, they make you to give sone reviews, even though you don't want a quick glance at the required data just, still, you have to fill in all the stuff they require which is completely unnecessary. Glassdoor is like a repository of companies and organizations along with their salary, reviews, details, contacts, and jobs, so in a way, it creates great values in employees of IT professions.
