What I like best about Gjalla is that it gives a simple way to turn customer feedback and conversations into actionable insights. I like that it helps surface recurring themes and issues without requiring me to manually go through everything, which makes it easier to understand what customers are struggling with and where the experience can be improved. The main downside is that the insights can sometimes need a bit of manual review to make sure the context is interpreted correctly. For less common or more nuanced feedback, the results aren't always as clear-cut, so I wouldn't rely on it completely without checking the underlying conversations. More customization around how insights are grouped and prioritized would also be useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
