We especially appreciate the flexibility to customize items, the guest experience, and purchasing and transaction settings to meet the specific needs of our agency.

We use DonorPerfect as our CRM, and GiveGrove makes downloading transactions and reports incredibly straightforward. We can easily share everything with our finance department and seamlessly upload the information into our CRM, making post-event reconciliation and reporting much more efficient.

As a graphic designer, I would love to see a few more design and customization options. However, the platform’s simplicity is also one of its greatest strengths, allowing us to upload events and information quickly and efficiently.
