It was clearly built with fundraising teams in mind, making it easy to create engaging giving experiences while also simplifying the behind-the-scenes work for staff. I especially appreciate the ability to quickly build campaigns, customize giving forms, track donor activity, and create a more modern online giving experience. The platform helps make philanthropy feel more personal and connected rather than just transactional. From annual giving campaigns to targeted initiatives and event registrations, GiveCampus provides tools that help strengthen donor engagement and make supporting the institution easier and more meaningful. **What do you dislike about GiveCampus?** My biggest challenge with GiveCampus has been the amount of manual setup and duplicated work required during the integration process with our CRM. While the platform itself is strong, getting everything aligned between systems required rebuilding and mapping many items that already existed elsewhere, which created additional administrative work during implementation. I would love to see an even smoother CRM integration process with more automated syncing, migration support, or tools to reduce duplicate data entry. Additionally, the easiness for the donor experience is great, making it very simple and quick for donors to make their gifts. **What do you dislike about GiveCampus?** I don't love their support. It is email based, and now they just moved to an AI version. So I would just prefer some live support options that they could give. **What problems is GiveCampus solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use GiveCampus for fundraising, like days of giving and small campaigns. It makes online registration easy for our alumni community. Also, the staff are great! **What do you dislike about GiveCampus?** I wish you could call support. Sometimes I block a few hours to work on a GC project and if I get caught on something and I need to email support, it might become a longer process. Maybe it is because I am older too, but I feel like I could get instant answers if I could call someone. **What problems is GiveCampus solving and how is that benefiting you?** I just attended a session on GC Outreach, which could help us with email commuincations with our alumni and donors. ### 7. Specifically, their GivingDay tools have helped us increase giving three years in a row. They accept a wide variety of payment options, from bank transfer to credit card to digital wallet standards like ApplePay, GooglePay, PayPal, and Venmo. Their customer support is always available to assist. During GivingDay and other fundraising events, they are available 24-7. They give the ability to establish custom reports for gift entry/accounting needs. They are constantly making improvements that increase ease of use, such as searchable designations. **What do you dislike about GiveCampus?** GiveCampus requires many add-on features to make full use of their products, thus increasing the cost. Their contracts can be cumbersome. For example, contracts for crowdfunding and giving forms are set up separately. Using less in one doesn't allow you to utilize the extra to cover overage in the other. **What problems is GiveCampus solving and how is that benefiting you?** GivingDay would not be possible without a solution like GiveCampus.
