What do you like best about Givebutter?

The platform continues to offer wonderful free resources that help small, understaffed, and growing organizations learn and grow. They now offer a whole host of paid services that I have yet to explore because the free version of the platform is still meeting my organization’s needs; as we grow, I will absolutely explore the paid services. What do you dislike about Givebutter?

Would love an option to change some of the original account settings — there may be a solution I haven’t found, but would love to se it more intuitive for things like changing organization’s phone number, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Givebutter solving and how is that benefiting you?

Givebutter has filled our needs for short term fundraising efforts like auctions, events, and campaigns which is more than we anticipated when we first signed up with the platform. We have been so happy with it that we are slowly shifting all of our donation activities to the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
