Focus on basic tools optimization before expanding features that are often not used as much. Also, simplify the way people can choose to leave a tip for the platform or not. Recommendations to others considering Givebutter: The customer service is, so far, what sets Givebutter apart from other platforms. Once the donor management aspect of the platform is fully fleshed, this will be the biggest competitor to current services already in the market if they manage to keep costs low and support stellar!
