What I like best about Giva is its ability to enforce structured, consistent workflows in a compliant environment. It works well as a system of record, allowing our team to document interactions in a standardized way with clear ownership and auditability.
This has been especially valuable for ensuring data consistency across users and supporting repeatable processes as we scale. The ticket-based model is intuitive for frontline teams and helps maintain discipline in how work is captured and tracked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I dislike about Giva is that reporting flexibility is somewhat limited and highly dependent on how the system is initially designed. When data is structured across different objects (e.g., customer vs. ticket), it can be difficult to bring those elements together in native reports without additional planning.
As a result, organizations need to think carefully about their data model upfront or be prepared to supplement Giva with additional reporting capabilities. The platform is strong operationally, but less flexible when it comes to cross-object analysis and more advanced reporting needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
