What I really appreciate is that it's easy to use and some of its basic functions are completely free. It lets you do a quick initial scan when you've accidentally deleted photos or messages. The problem is that the free version is very limited. Often, it finds the files I want to recover, but you have to pay to actually restore them or to access more sensitive data types.
