What do you like best about GigSmart?

What I like about GigSmart is that it is easy to use. Unlike some other applications, you don't have to learn a whole course to know what you want to do on the application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GigSmart?

I don't think there is anything that I don't like at the moment. So far I haven't had any complaints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GigSmart solving and how is that benefiting you?

It meets all the requirements we need to improve our workload. We automated some of our systems to it which isolates the manual work. Also, the fact of using SSO is a big plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
