I like that the Gigantics portal is very agile. It allows me to constantly monitor the progress of the process, and the traffic light informs me how it is advancing, which is very practical. I enjoy tools that are specific and offer immediate results. Additionally, the tool is very good and easy to use. Although the implementation can be a bit challenging, nothing that a committed IT team can't handle, I am satisfied with how it was set up, and now it is easier for me to move forward.
