Another very cool feature is the color-coded tabs for various categories of tabs. Task automation is also great saving time and replaying actions. Customer support of the Ghost browser is also very fast and quick with their turnaround. **What do you dislike about Ghost Browser?** Being a browser, it is unusual for it to be paid, so that's a constraint I feel. The extension support could be improved. And lastly, there are some privacy constraints with the platform as well. **What problems is Ghost Browser solving and how is that benefiting you?** Since it performs web-related tasks very easily it is a good browser for marketers. Personally, efficiency and account management are very helpful to me on a day-to-day basis. ### 2. But best of all we could manage all of our accounts on one page without having to log out, this meant all social media accounts could be monitored at all times, all websites and seller sites as well which in the past was not possible with a normal broswer, so it helped managed everything and shaved off precious minutes off daily tasks and allowed that time to be focused elsewhere. **What do you dislike about Ghost Browser?** There are no real downsides that stuck, however, some updates were not the best but this was quickly rectified and the price was a little costly considering other browsers are for free but you are paying for the features which can be somewhat justified. **What problems is Ghost Browser solving and how is that benefiting you?** The fact that we were having to log onto various sites and accounts one by one whereas with this we were able to do it all in one go rather than waste time, it made us more efficient and productive. ### 5. Here are they: 1. You can log into any website in the same window with any number of different accounts. This is the one I like the most 2. Getting support for both of the famous Operating Systems ie Mac and Windows 3. Paid monthly license is actually wonderful as it will help the one to get quick support, I tried it once and they solved our problem **What do you dislike about Ghost Browser?** There are a few downsides as well. Here are they: 1. Paid means you can expect many better options than free browsers, but that is not the case here. The features are almost the same. 2. There is no native mobile app support. **What problems is Ghost Browser solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being a department of research and development, we are so much into testing our website with multiple accounts, either we need to use multiple browsers or incognito mode, but by using Ghost browser, we can now login into any number of accounts for a particular website by keeping the same window. ### 6. Not a bad option for a company approved browser, but it is not there yet **Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Alex H. | Support manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** October 01, 2021 **What do you like best about Ghost Browser?** One of the few remaining for pay browsers Security and privacy are at the forefront of this browser Mac and Windows based Small foorprint and does not use a lot of resources Since we paid for a monthly licence we had access to support, we used it once and they solved our problem **What do you dislike about Ghost Browser?** Being for pay means that you can expect a lot of better options than the free browsers, but that is not the case No android or IOS version, and no plans to add one Their idea of login in one window to all your accounts sounds interesting but does not quite work It is very expensive for what it is, and there are free and open source alternatives that can do most of what Ghost wants to do **Recommendations to others considering Ghost Browser:** If you want a browser that you can limit what the people using it can do, there are better (and free!) options that can do that work for your. Ghost Browser is not really there yet, Even though they have a free version, it is basically Chrome or Brave browser, the for pay options are what you might use it for and they do not work yet **What problems is Ghost Browser solving and how is that benefiting you?** We wanted to get a browser that we could use to limit what our IT personnel got to do online, at least from the browser, but it did not give us what we wanted What we realized is that Firefox can do some of what we needed Ghost Browser to do (login once and have all your accounts ready), is free and open source, and there is an android version. This is what we are using at the moment and it covers all we wanted Ghost Browser to do ### 7. I can feel safe and secure while using this browser, especially with it being one of the few remaining for pay browsers. Having a small footprint due to the fact that it doesn't use a ton of resources also aids in the browser being more secure. The support behind Ghost is also great since it does require a license. **What do you dislike about Ghost Browser?** The biggest thing is that there is currently no andriod or IOS version of Ghost and I do not believe they plan to add one either. Unfortunatley, the price point is a little more expensive for what it is especially when there are other free alternatives out there that are very similar to Ghost. **What problems is Ghost Browser solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ghost is allowing us to limit what some members of our team can do online to keep productivity at its finest. However, there are some places such as Firefox that does very similar things to Ghost that are free. ### 8. It helps me manage all of my different accounts in one place, and it doesn't track your browsing. **What do you dislike about Ghost Browser?** I wish I could use it on iOS, but it is not currently available for mobile devices. It is also expensive which could be a drawback for some, as there are other free services which do the same thing. **Recommendations to others considering Ghost Browser:** Take advantage of the support available if you are having issues to make the most of the service! **What problems is Ghost Browser solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am able to manage different accounts within the same window, such as my 2 business Instagram accounts and separate email accounts, without having to open countless separate windows. Ghost fulfills that feature in a Mac and Windows environment rather well. Although we never had to use it paying for the app gives you access to support. **What do you dislike about Ghost Browser?** I wouldn't say I like having to pay to use it when there are other browsers (Brave) that are just as concerned and are free to use. Some of the claimed features like single sign-on and limited access/use do not work as described. **What problems is Ghost Browser solving and how is that benefiting you?** We thought we were getting a browser that would allow SSO and limit usage by that verified credential, but it was spotty at best.
