What do you like best about GetSwift?

We are a delivery company that uses getSwift to assign tasks to drivers and make orders efficient. so the fact that we can watch our drivers go to pick to drop off is great it even has auto-assign features and geo-fencing which we use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GetSwift?

When too many orders are on the screen it tends to freeze up and starts to lag a little bit and once a while a driver will freeze up on the map and we won't know if it is his phone or the site Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GetSwift solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use to have to text drivers the pickup and dropoff location now we can send all that in an app plus a lot more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
