What do you like best about Get Spiffy?

I appreciate Get Spiffy’s flexibility, responsiveness, and willingness to be a true partner with Apple Tree—not just building and selling us a van and providing software, but staying in touch and supporting people across our team. Their support goes very deep, and they help us troubleshoot and guide us as the business matures. The scheduling and logistics platform works well with our business, and their willingness to work with Apple Tree and Blink AI has helped us improve the mobile service scheduling experience and reduce friction for customers. The initial setup was seamless: they trained everyone from our managers to our technicians, and worked with us to blend their processes with ours into a simple solution. I also appreciated the tools, like ROI calculators, and the no-charge consultation that helped us understand what to expect and define what success would look like. What problems is Get Spiffy solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Get Spiffy to build our custom mobile service vans and provide scheduling, logistics, and ongoing support. Working with Blink AI has made it easier for customers to schedule mobile service and reduced friction; their partnership also helps us grow organically without huge marketing spend or separate dealership processes.
