What I like best about Get Connected by Galaxy Digital is how user friendly it is from both the perspectives of the general volunteer user as well as my perspective as a manager on the backend. I am never lost or confused on how to create opportunities, new users, etc. and for anything I do not understand, the Galaxy Digital is always responsive and helpful. The one thing I would like to better understand with this management portal is how to facilitate specific exports. I know there is a tab somewhere on the site where you can analyze data, but the one time I used it, I was overwhelmed by the amount of reports to be created and did not know if I was creating the desired report.
