It'd be great if there were trainings available for volunteers, as there are for program managers and Site Administrators. Also, pre-made SOPs based off the LMS training would be great. The ability to customize additional documents to be uploaded by Admin and accessible by Volunteers (e.g., beyond the singular Waiver option) would be a game changer.
