"Great tool for nonprofits to recruit volunteers"

What do you like best about Get Connected by Galaxy Digital?

As a large volunteer center, we support hundreds of nonprofits that are looking for volunteers to support their missions. Get Connected makes it easy for our nonprofits to post/edit their opportunities and manage the volunteers recruited through the site. The system also makes it easy for volunteers to search and find opportunities that are a good fit and support the causes they care about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Get Connected by Galaxy Digital?

There are a handful of things I wish I can do or the system offered such as merging/deleting duplicate records, allowing agency managers to see their fans and re-activate an expired need. For those volunteers who are not as tech savvy, it's not as user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Get Connected by Galaxy Digital solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our old volunteer matching system/website was very cumbersome and difficult for both nonprofits and volunteers to use. With our transition to Get Connected three years ago, it has changed our ability to better support our nonprofits partners as well as connect potential volunteers more effectively to the needs in the community. We are looking into better utilizing the data and reports too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
