What do you like best about Get Connected by Galaxy Digital?

The support team is very responsive. Anytime I have a question they want to make sure I have an answer. They also reach out to make sure we are still making progress. They are also looking for ways to improve the platform to make it more user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Get Connected by Galaxy Digital?

Finding resources can be hard. I feel you have to search in too many places and never know what exactly you are looking for when you get there. It is also hard to customize the platform to meet everyone's needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Get Connected by Galaxy Digital:

Make sure you do your research before going into it. This can be a valuable tool for the right organization. I would recommend having more than one administrator that is trained and willing to help as it is too much for one person if that is not your full-time job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Get Connected by Galaxy Digital solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have been using Galaxy Digital for a little over a year. We are hoping to connect volunteers with organizations and opportunities both during and outside of disasters.
