I like how they never seem to stop trying to improve their product and how they not only listen to the feedback their customers give them, but encourage it over and over again. They don't just settle with their product. They truly care and want to be as much to their customers as they possibly can be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Get Connected by Galaxy Digital? They have some great video content and I have seen an effort to this end, however I would love them to be organized in categories even more than they are and would love it if there was an easy video turtorial resource for site managers to share with users. PDF cheat sheets would also be great for snapshots of certain training materials. Sometimes the software can surprisingly not be as nimble as you might think based on all it can do though I have also found that eventually, when something isn't quite right, GD eventually finds a way to fix it. Sometimes I want to educate agency managers or even users on a new feature but I struggle at how to approach it so as to not come across in a way that confuses them. Users are so quick to abandon a feature or not use it at all if it seems complicated in the least bit and if you don't approach it simply the first time, you've lost them. I appreciate guidance in this area. I wish there was a way to communicate more readily with other site managers too. Most of the communication is directly to GD. Others see it only if they happen to be looking there, but there is no general list serve or forum to communicate with your peers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Get Connected by Galaxy Digital: Because it is primarily user driven, It is not a platform to use if your priority is managing volunteers, requirements and hours etc. It has some of those capabilities but if that is a primary need for you, then there are other volunteer management systems that will allow for autonomy for the volunteer but give you complete control to manage the program with ease. I find that the vast capabilities of the platform allow me to address just about any goal my agency's have. There is usually always some sort of work around to accomplish individualized needs.
