The simple interface has made a world of difference in frequency of use by our staff and the public. It is easy to navigate and find opportunities and organizations that match your needs. The search filters are straight forward and relevant. The ability to save searches and highlight those on the front page is helpful to promotion campaigns for our organization. It would benefit from enhanced communication tools and tracking to build better volunteer relationships and connections. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Get Connected by Galaxy Digital: I would recommend Galaxy Digital to any organization who needs a simple interface to maintain a searchable listing of volunteer opportunities. It is easy to use and maintain. And the option to add custom pages and custom reports is helpful. The online documentation is adequate in most cases to answer questions, but when needed, the help offered with our contract is excellent and speedy in response. Galaxy Digistal is an excellent chice for use as an online community hub for engagement and service. We use this as our community engagement hub and we have seen a marked increase in organizations using the website because of how easy it is to use - from moment one.
