What do you like best about Get Connected by Galaxy Digital?

The volunteer sign-up, search features are better than anything we’ve used in the past, and the ability for volunteers to manage their own opportunities shifts the work from “us” to the volunteers. The admin features of managing opportunities such as custom shifts and cloning are time saving features. The suite of reports covers common activities related to volunteers and opportunities, and includes quarterly reports related to finance and volunteer net worth. What do you dislike about Get Connected by Galaxy Digital?

It would be nice to have an option for hosting the product in house, but this was not a deal-breaker. It would also be nice to have discounts for Non-Profits or other agencies with limited budgets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Get Connected by Galaxy Digital solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have used 3 different volunteer systems, plus a homegrown MS Access system for managing volunteers and volunteer agencies. We started using Galaxy last year, and it has reduced the amount of work required on our staff, and the end-user (volunteers) experience is much better! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
