Galaxy Digital allows those who are not tech-savvy to easily edit and customize pages. For example, I change the "spotlights" on the front page weekly and it takes me very few minutes to do so. Also if I have a question or concern- galaxy digital's customer service team gets back to me that day or the next. What do you dislike about Get Connected by Galaxy Digital? The only improvement I would make is that the kiosk isn't super user-friendly (The return to start button is right next to the check-in button), however, it is a new feature so upgrades I can assume are coming soon. Recommendations to others considering Get Connected by Galaxy Digital: This is a great tool if you have many different opportunities and especially if you have volunteering GROUPS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Get Connected by Galaxy Digital solving and how is that benefiting you? I am able to set auto-emails to my volunteers so I don't have to be constantly on the phone with those volunteers, or writing reminder emails constantly. This also allows me to communicate needed things (like our appreciation event) easily without added emails in their inbox- I simply add it to the bottom of the auto emails.
