What do you like best about Geoviewer Mobile and Desktop?

The customer support is top-notch! Whatever you ask, the answer is always yes! They have a "when there is a will there is a way attitude." We have gone from static paper GIS to a fully electronic GIS system. Additionally, they have helped us with several API's allowing us to complete many tasks electronically. We also have a feature built-in that allows customers to view District boundaries, view parcels, and get estimates before purchasing services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Geoviewer Mobile and Desktop solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have gone from static paper GIS to a fully electronic GIS system. This allows for greater efficiency and accuracy of agency assets. We soon hope to have our inventory system added to the system allowing for greater financial accountability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
