Geodis has allowed us to keep track of our inventory in real-time with accurate numbers. They also are incredibly reliable when it comes to housing our inventory and stays in communication with our team constantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GEODIS?

I like the communication between Geodis and our team. They are always consistent when it comes to problem-solving and troubleshooting for our team and works hard on resolving any issues that we may come across. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GEODIS?

The only part of Geodis that I would change is the number of different ways to search for one item in Geodis. As someone who trains the new employees, they do have a more challenging time figuring out where they need to go to look for inventory levels as there are a few options. But overall, once the new employees get used to where they need to go, they are just fine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GEODIS solving and how is that benefiting you?

With Geodis, we have obtained more accurate inventory levels, resulting in fewer back-ordered items and more minor fulfillment errors occurring. When a fulfillment error occurs, we can communicate with the Geodis team, find the root of the issue, and resolve the problem, as well as prevent that issue from happening again in the future. Overall, Geodis is a very reliable team, and they have been able to assist us greatly in maintaining our inventory levels and fulfilling our orders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
