I appreciate the criteria with which they evaluate candidates and highlight the assertive and polite communication of the recruiter. I also value that they are always willing to resolve any doubts about the process or the job, which would encourage me to contact GENTY recruitment again in the future if I need to change jobs or look for a new one. I wouldn't propose many changes, but perhaps GENTY recruitment could have a platform where you can track your application, although I think email communication is sufficient. One thing I would recommend is avoiding silences in communication to inform about the status of the application. Although in my case the communication was quick, it would be good to maintain constant contact, especially in longer processes. This would help candidates know if their profile has been considered, as silence generates anxiety and concern, especially if one is urgently seeking employment.
