What do you like best about genezio?

What stands out most is the deep AI intelligence behind their citation tracking. The platform's performance is impressive; it rapidly aggregates and maps data from multiple LLMs simultaneously to show you exactly which source documents, directories, or articles the AI is pulling from when it mentions a brand. Being able to see these specific citation roots has given us an exact blueprint for our content strategy. Instead of guessing what to write, we can optimize pages that we know the AI relies on. What do you dislike about genezio?

Because the platform’s AI tracking pulls in such a massive volume of citation data and multi-turn conversation metrics, the UI can sometimes feel overwhelming when you first start digging into the details. Their onboarding support is very helpful at explaining the methodology, but the dashboard itself currently doesn’t offer much in the way of deeper customization. If users could build custom views or use drag-and-drop widgets to surface only their most critical AI share-of-voice metrics, it would be much easier to absorb and act on the intelligence day to day. What problems is genezio solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Genezio, our AI visibility data and traditional SEO data were completely siloed. We had a hard time tracking our standard web rankings in one dashboard while, in a separate place, we were essentially guessing at our brand’s presence across AI engines.

Now Genezio addresses that gap by bringing AI brand perception metrics; like citation sources and share of voice, into the same view as our broader content strategy.
