What do you like best about GENESIS?

I love how easy it is to use. It feels like a guardian angel for my software, immediately informing me if anything happens. I also really like that it gathers everything in one place, which makes it much easier to stay on top of things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GENESIS?

I don’t think there are any problems with using Genesis. If I ever do run into an issue, I’m confident it would be on my end—most likely because of my internet connection or the older devices I’m using. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GENESIS solving and how is that benefiting you?

For me, it solves two main issues. First, I have too many devices and apps, and this software lets me see everything in one place instead of bouncing between different pages and tools. Second, I used to find out about problems only after something had already happened to my tech and it had turned into a disaster. Before I sell my computer, I knew about Genesis, and it was a game changer. It will be the first thing I install on my next computer if I buy one later, because it helps me stay on top of things earlier and gives me peace of mind, so I don’t have to worry as much.
