What do you like best about Generix Solochain WMS?

The Generix Group have a strong mastery over their own platform, with the ability to find out-of-box solutions for a lot of operational needs. They have a strong implementation methodology, and good support after go-live.

The solution has a lot of configurable depth, with minimal need for customization outside of edge cases specific to an individual operation. The solution is easy to use in daily operations, and easy to engage with for continuous improvements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Generix Solochain WMS?

The depth of the platform through implementation can lead to difficulties making decisions when there are multiple solutions presented, as the user has not tried Solochain outside of test cases. This is alleviated through use in a live environment where the configurations become easier to understand, but can present a challenge on initial implementation. What problems is Generix Solochain WMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

The primary challenge Solochain solves for our company is meeting multi-site and unique configuration needs all within a single SaaS system. This allows for stronger controls across facilities, as well as improves flexibility of users across the network. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
