What problems is GenAIFoundation solving and how is that benefiting you?

We manage mission-critical file transfers, like ACH and financial transactions for global banks, where delays trigger costly penalties. Before GenAI Foundation, operators manually sifted through logs and followed SOPs, which was slow and required high expertise. The GenAI chatbot now identifies the causes of incidents and provides step-by-step remediation. Resolution is faster and more consistent, and the risk of SLA breaches is significantly reduced.
